Irrigation Wells / Dewatering

California Environmental has assisted developers with their construction projects through the placement of irrigation wells, dewatering wells, and horizontal drains. We are experienced in all technical and regulatory aspects of the Regional Water Quality Control Board implemented National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program.



California Environmental assisted a developer in RWQCB NPDES Monitoring for a construction project that included new waterways near Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard. California Environmental monitored the discharge of approximately 527 million gallons of water into the Reliant Energy Channel/Channel Islands Harbor.

California Environmental designed and installed a 350ft deep groundwater irrigation well for a hillside residential lot in Beverly Hills, CA. The well will provide water for landscape irrigation.















In 2008, California Environmental placed and monitored a series of groundwater extraction wells and horizontal drains as part of the active Nimes Road Landslide. Removal of groundwater was an important factor during the landslide stabilization effort.
